The rules for this contest are very simple, while you are at the gym or at a gym gathering take a picture or 30sec video of something cool, funny, interesting, awesome. For example, you and your partner with a heavy pressing set, or a heavy squat by a powerlifter, or jakked members at dinner, etc. Very simple.

Post your picture or video on the JAKKED GYM wall here on facebook.
The 1st week of January Jakked staff will go thru the posts and find a winner.
The winner will receive a FREE MONTH at JAKKED GYM for his/herself OR to give away to someone they choose.
