Don't forget, this Saturday is the 2011 NPC Continental Bodybuilding Championships in Ottowa, IL. Four of our ladies are competing and a strong showing from around the country is expected. If you still don't have a ticket, there may be a few left in the gym office if you hurry. See you there!
